Synopsis / Sinopsis

Bojan Radanov is one of the homeless young men living in Belgrade, a regular of the correction centres. He’s searching for his basics in garbage bins, has homeless friends and compares himself to stray dogs. Nonetheless, Bojan is keen on hip-hop and is talented at drawing graffiti, that he signs as Rapresent, a combination of Rap (his favourite music), Res (respect for the street and its music) and Ent (as version of “end”). The young man is given an unexpected opportunity when his drawings call the attention of the Academic Film Centre and is accepted to work with a team of animators. The director follows his day to day activities that he presents himself, for us to understand him better.

Bojan Radanov este unul dintre tinerii fără adăpost, clienţi ai centrelor de corecţie, care trăiesc în Belgrad. El îşi caută cele necesare traiului prin tomberoanele de gunoi, are prieteni aurolaci şi se compară cu câinii vagabonzi. Însă Bojan este pasionat de hip-hop şi are talent la desenat graffiti, pe care îi semnează cu pseudonimul Rapresent, combinaţie între Rap (muzica preferată), Res (respect pentru stradă şi muzica sa) şi Ent (variantă a lui „end” – sfârşitul pe care-l simte aproape, pentru că această viaţă nu poate continua la nesfârşit). Totuşi, tânărului i se oferă o şansă nesperată atunci când desenele sale atrag atenţia Centrului Academic de Film şi este acceptat într-o echipă ce realizează animaţii. Regizoarea îi urmăreşte activităţile de zi cu zi şi îl lasă să se prezinte singur, pentru ca noi să-l putem înţelege.
