Soon after the entire Europe was in lockdown following the announcement by the World Health Organization that the COVID-19 outbreak is actually a pandemic, the Austrian Cultural Forum in Bucharest invited 60 artists from Austria and Romania to reflect upon their artistic future and also on how their art and our communities will be changed during and after the health crisis. The artists’ video interventions are now part of this ellaborate documentary.
