Our local communities need to evolve to the 21st century civilization level. For this, the Romanian governments created special programs. 65 billion lei (Romanian currency), through the Angel Saligny program, are ready to go to mayors all around the country. But the experience of the last 10 years with PNDL shows us that the money goes into the pockets of people who don’t care about the Romanian’s well-being.
