There are jobs of the state, even at the most important institutions (Ministry of Economy) in which the employees are paid even though they don’t do anything. And so, year after year, Romania loses time and opportunities to evolve.
We have a state that functions with more difficulty. And it is becoming clearer, every day, with every piece of paper blocked for weeks, with every initiative blocked in a drawer. An enormous state machine made of over 250 agencies and companies with thousands of employees should help the State function, but unfortunately all these institutions, with politically named bosses, are suffocating the state and blocking it in bureaucracy.
