The turtles suffer more and more, while the plastic waste accumulates in seas and oceans. At only 14 years, Julieta fights that these reptiles survive in a clean environment, on island Curaçao from the Caribbean. With a team of volunteers, she gathers all the garbage on the shores and from the water, she goes on underwater adventures in search of the turtles that were injured and caught in plastic bags or between other garbage, thus setting an example to other teenagers – the animals and the environment can be saved even at a young age.
