There were quite a few citizens who took advantage of the free dental services offered as a campaign gift by a candidate for the presidency of Georgia. What happens to those who had all their teeth removed, but before getting implants, the candidate loses the race?
During the 2012 election campaign, former Georgian president Mikheil Saakashvili promised all citizens state-subsidized dental care, and dentists began removing the bad teeth of Georgians with the promise of replacing them in the following months. However, the president's party lost the election, and the unlucky voters never got their teeth back. This is the subject of a unique and humorous documentary about a sad world trapped by political whims or its own ignorance.
