TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AFF ONLINE

1. The services of the website “www.astrafilm.ro” are provided by the Astra Film Foundation, CIF: 10405788, exclusively to persons who agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

2. This year's edition of the Astra Film Festival will also include an online component, hereinafter referred to as AFF ONLINE, where 43 titles from the official selection will be viewed from anywhere in Romania. The films will be available between 17 October 00:01 hrs until 30 October 23:59 hrs.

3. The films on the AFF ONLINE platform are geo-restricted to the territory of Romania.

4. The price of a ticket for one viewing online is 20 lei. The online subscription for all films accessible online is 200 lei and is purchased once.

5. The purchase of tickets and subscriptions is made online by creating an account based on email and password and payment through the partner platform www.euplatesc.ro

6. AFF ONLINE tickets or subscriptions are non-refundable.

7. Films can be viewed online whenever the user who purchased the ticket or subscription wants while the availability is displayed on the film page.

8. Access to the platform for special guests designated by the organizer of the Astra Film Festival 2022 will be made on the basis of individual voucher received by each individual. The guest will not have to pass on the access rights to the platform, the access being nominal.

9. AFF ONLINE platform can be accessed only from Romania and through the following browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari
- Microsoft Edge

10. You may not record or download films made available on AFF ONLINE platform, redistribute or retransmit your account access data, display all or part of video or audio content publicly. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the manufacturer concerned. Any infringement of copyright by a user of AFF ONLINE platform will be communicated to the Romanian authorities and will be penalized according to the laws in force.
